GREG LOY , life coach

How passion builds discipline Because growth needs both strength and care

The Passion Commander

A life coach who leads like a father: firm when you need it, present always, and never giving up on the people he believes in.

He doesn't just believe in you. He refuses to let you give up on yourself.

Who this is for

Who coaching with Greg is for

Lately I feel like giving up on ______.

Finish the sentence. Pick the one that's true today.

Pick one above. Greg's answer is always the same: not yet.

The approach

How passion builds discipline

Growth needs both strength and care. Most people only ever get one of them: the boss who pushes, or the friend who comforts. Greg brings both.

Strength

Firm when needed

  • Honest feedback, even when it stings
  • Standards you set together, then keep
  • Check-ins that don't let you quietly disappear

Care

Present always

  • He listens before he advises
  • Your wins and your bad weeks both get his attention
  • When you slip, he doesn't give up on you

Strength + care = discipline that lasts after the motivation fades.

Passion gets you started. Discipline keeps you going. And on the day you fall, you need someone who refuses to let you stay down.

How it works

From stuck to standing up

Four steps, in this order. The first one is free.

Start with step one
  1. 01

    Discovery call

A free, no-pressure conversation. You talk about where you're stuck. Greg tells you honestly whether coaching can help, and if it can't, he'll say so.

  2. 02

    Find your fire

Before discipline comes a reason. You get clear on what you're actually fighting for, the passion that makes the hard days worth it.

  3. 03

    Build the discipline

Turn that reason into a few standards and daily habits you can keep, sized for your real life, not a perfect one.

  4. 04

    Stay in it, together

Regular sessions and check-ins. When you slip (everyone does), Greg is there to get you back up, not to judge you.

About Greg

A father first

Before anyone called him the Passion Commander, Greg was a dad.

The way he coaches comes from the way he leads at home: firm when it matters, there when it counts, and never done believing in the people he loves.

His clients get the same thing. Someone who tells you the truth, stays beside you while you act on it, and keeps showing up on the weeks you don't feel like it.

Still in the front row. A coach who stops learning stops growing, so you'll still find Greg at workshops like the 16X Marketing Bootcamp.

Questions

Before you book

Still unsure? That's what the free call is for. Ask Greg anything.

What does a life coach actually do?

A life coach helps you get clear on what you want, make a plan, and follow through. Greg's focus is the follow-through: turning passion into discipline you can keep when the motivation runs out.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching looks forward and works on goals, habits and decisions. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you're dealing with depression, anxiety or trauma, a licensed professional should be part of your support, and Greg will tell you honestly if that's what you need.

In crisis right now? Call the NCMH Crisis Hotline: 1553 (landline, toll-free), 0917-899-8727 or 0919-057-1553. For emergencies, call 911.

Are sessions online or face-to-face?

Sessions can run online by video call, so where you live doesn't matter. Face-to-face depends on location; ask about it on your discovery call.

What language are sessions in?

English, Tagalog or Taglish. Whichever one you think in.

How much does coaching cost?

It depends on the program and how often you meet. The discovery call is free, and you'll get clear options and fees before you commit to anything.

How soon will I see results?

Most people feel clearer after the first few sessions. Habits take longer. Greg won't promise overnight change; what he promises is that he won't quit on you while you build it.

I've tried coaching before and quit. Is this for me?

Yes. Quitting before is exactly the pattern Greg works on. Tell him what happened last time on the discovery call and you'll plan around it from day one.
